Getting Started Video - Highly recommended for new users! This video will walk futures traders through getting started with Investor/RT and highlight some important things to pay attention to in the software.

First, download and install Investor/RT (Futures traders click here to download feed-specific installers with futures symbols pre-loaded). If you haven't already selected your data feed, you will need to do so, or you may choose to try our free demonstration version for as long as you wish. Please visit our Investor/RT pricing page for more information on the cost of Investor/RT. Information for all our supported data services, including contact info, pricing, and service levels, can be found on the data feed pages. Once you have your data feed account, you can submit your information through our online order page and Linn Software will email you a registration code that will activate Investor/RT with your respective data feed service. You will generally receive your code within one business hour of submitting your order. Detailed instructions on how to register your software will be included in the email.

Once you've registered your software, make sure your data feed preferences are correct by choosing "Setup Prefs: Data Feed" in the main toolbar. Now, you should be ready to begin receiving live data. Just click the "Start Feed" button in the main toolbar.
