If you experience a problem activating your license for Investor/RT on Mac OS X, you may be asked to download and run the diagnostic program ProDiag. Download the disk image file (ProDiag.dmg).Double-click the dmg file to open it, then double-click on the ProDiag application to run it. A text file named ProDiag.txt will be created on your desktop. Attach this file to a new support ticket for diagnosis. Note that you will need to be logged-in to the website in order to attach files to tickets.
