To provide complete flexibility to the Zig Zag Labels, an option to label with "CustInd" was added which simlpy extracts the value of a custom indicator on each pivot bar and presents it as the label of that zig zag pivot.
Below are the settings of the Zig Zag and the Custom Indicator with the key controls highlighted and details below the image.
- The Custom Indicator must be added to the same chart as the Zig Zag (doesn't have to be same pane, just same chart).
- Zig Zag must be setup with "Label With: CustInd"
- In order to link the Custom Indicator with the Zig Zag, make sure their labels match as you can see with "LOW" labels for both above. Just use short labels of 3 or 4 letters.
- If you only have a single custom indicator in the chart, it will grab that indicator regardless of the labels matching.
- It will pull the display format from that of the Custom Indicator (also highlighted above).

Would it be possible to show delta volume on each high and low using the zig zag, and then paint the numbers green if the delta volume is a positive number, and red if the number is negative?
USE: The reason i want to do this is here: Let's say we have a pullback in a downtrend, i would like to see if that pullback has more selling than buying volume, and therefore is likely to continue. I have attached a chart that somewhat shows what i mean. (the big numbers are total volume in the wave, and the small blue/red numbers are delta volume)
