I reconfigured Investor/RT to use both IQFeed as Data Source feed and Rithmic as Broker feed recently. What I noticed is that IRT stopped automatically downloading historical data (for me it is overnight European and Asian sessions) between application runs.
Is this intended behavior?
If so, can we keep ability for IQFeed to download missing data automatically even if Broker feed is also configured?
That configurtion should not impact the auto-backfill of data when connecting to feed.
Make sure you have the configuration BackfillAutomation set to true.
I confirm that BackfillAutomation is set to True. Unfortunately backfill does not happen unless I press Space to backfill manually.
Please turn on config HistoricalDownloadDiagnostics temporarily. Next time you start up IRT and start the feed, if the issue presents itself, please send all message log text you see from startup forward.
