Hey Chad, to start with, I want the complete list of all the points just like in the previous report but just updated for the current year. From there, I will probably have more to add as I get more experience in this.
I wanted to know if your software does anything with dynamic probabilities. For example If in LOR scenario we hit the 1.5x IBH, then how much does the probability increase that the previous high will be broken.
That's the kind of stuff I want to expand into if that makes sense.
The Complete list for the price points I want to see for both scenarios are attached as a snip. It shows "Broken during RTH session" above the stat points I want to see for that scenario and the 2nd snip shows "Close Above" for the stats I want to see for that scenario. This is just to begin, like I mentioned, it would be cool to see how the probabilities change based on what price would do during the session.
"For example If in LOR scenario we hit the 1.5x IBH, then how much does the probability increase that the previous high will be broken."
Anything is possible. But in this scenario....we really don't know if 1.5xIBH is above or below the prev high...so it could have already broken prev high once it breaks 1.5xIBH. So you basically want to know....when we hit the 1.5xIBH, how often do we also hit the pHI? So would you basically want to have the full reports focus on one price....
....let's say we're focusing on 1.5xIBH...you might want...
1.5xIBH
1.5xIBH or pHI
1.5xIBH and pHI
1.5xIBH and pLO
1.5xIBH or pLO....
etc....
some of these like...
1.5xIBH & IBH
aren't real useful....obviously if we broke 1.5xIBH then we also broke IBH.
It would be cool if it was inside the software. What I mean by that is if I have live data running and the price Chart inside investor RT is live then depending on current price action, how would the probabilities change?
What you stated above would create a static report which is a good beginning but the final product would be probabilities shifting within investor RT while live price action is happening.
OK. I've made significant progress over the past hour. Still haven't done much work on formatting, sorting, presentation, etc.... will get to that. But look over these stats and let me know if anything looks out of line....and which stats/prices are missing...
You are probably saving formatting for last but just ordering by Descending highest % to lowest % will help when comparing to previous report for quick eyeball check.
Below is another update. I'm still working on getting ONVPOC as far back as we need it for these reports. But I added the others. Still have work to do to improve formatting and presentation (and a sorting option).
So I'm identifying where we opened today....and then higlighting the histogram next to that section (so today, we opened LOR). And then I'm highlighting the text green for all the prices (or price combos) we've taken out. Adding a LookBackCandles to the right is a nice touch (reflecting prev session and todays session).
The candles on the right are a little confusing because the histogram is outside of todays price range but that just may be me not looking at it properly.
The way I am interpreting it is that is the candle formation for todays price action and being next to the stats, it highlights the price points that it actually traveled through while showing the static % like the previous report.

here is an example of the previous study I am looking at about dynamic probabilities that I would like to do with this software

Latest udpate...
1. Overnight VPOC
2. Previous Mid
3. Overnight Mid
4. pHigh or pLow

It's simply showing the last 2 day session candles side by side (for price comparison purposes)
