I would like to export live account and other data to an excel spreadsheet. DDE does not work, I assume because it's been replaced by RTD, which does not appear to be active in RT. Is there another simple option for what I'm trying to accomplish? Thanks in advance.

i have no issue running the IRT DDE - For the record, I am getting updates of hundreds of quotes, customer indicators and live trading signal in Excel, mainly through V# variables - It is also very easy to color code Excel cells upon value updates to build a nice custom dashboard.
You can also get live updates of Text variables (T#) being updated in IRT by running TSYS (live Trading Systems indicators)
I think you just have to make sure that the DDE protocol is activated in Excel (see screenshot below) as it is turned off by default...

PS2 : I am running the IRT DDE on Windows 11 & Microsoft 365 - (Not sure what is your configuration...)
