If you want your subscription levels and subscriber satisfaction levels to increase in a meaningful way, I humbly suggest spending the $$ and time to create a users manual. I appreciate the access to such a powerful tool, but getting a foothold as a new user is much more challenging than it needs to be if the basics of the component relationships were provided. Spending so much time stumbling around is very frustrating. I'll keep at it, but its a shame the platform usability has gotten so far along without more user instructional material, outside of the videos.
The rate at which we add features in addition to the current scope of the product make it difficult to maintain a single users manual. It could be argued that individual indicators would warrant a pretty bulky users manual by themselves. In essence, linnsoft.com is the Investor/RT Users Manual. I get it. She is a beast. Like I said, I do appreciate access to this platform. It is a dream come true for anyone willing to put in the time to learn it. I'll getting there. I can download daily data no problem, but when I downloaded 30 minute intraday data for each day and sorted it to marry it with the daily data in the spreadsheet there we days missing days in the intraday data. This occurred on two attempts. I'm wondering if scrubbing all data for holidays will help correct this situation?
What data feed are you using to feed Investor/RT? If you just right-click in chart and choose "Share Chart: Linnsoft" and send me the link to the resulting chart, I'll be able to tell a lot from that.
I'm only using DTN MA Historical. Currently no real time data source.
