Sessions

Hello,
I watched the convergence webinar yesterday (with FT71) and that was an excellent video.
However, one direction did concern me.

It was stated that IRT is moving towards day/extended sessions and moving away from override custom sessions in eg the custom indicator space.

I for one see great benefit in being able to examine eg statistics on custom sessions and I would be very sad to see that "creativity element" removed in favour of the traditional two day and extended sessions.

Day/Full Sessions

We're not moving aware from custom session.  We are just making the day and full session of each symbol more automated and ensuring that it's possible to specify day or full session as the session in various places (including Custom Columns, TPO Profiles, etc).  That won't take away anything with respect to the ability to specify custom sessions as you can currently do.   The introduction of the day and full session concept is introduced in this video: https://www.linnsoft.com/videos/chart-hours-overview-day-and-full-session-times
