With IQFEED (or DNTMA with a Broker Feed) you can use the Bund continuous contract BD# which patches together the history of the frontmonth contracts. That essentially gives you the data of many expired contracts, all seamed together. Does that not give you what you're after?
I'm not clear what you mean by that. Can you expand on "applying March contract prices to December session"?
It does the March contract, next to the December contract, next to the Sept contract....etc. It patches them all together so you can see them on a single chart.
what i mean is that on my chart the price levels for the Bund sessions in dec 17 correspond to the March 18 contract (back month in that point in time). I want to see the prices for the dec contract in that point in time. It looks like I only have data points for the March 18 contract
On BD#, you should see Dec contract data, up until the expiration of Dec contract at which time March became frontmonth and BD# then switches over to March contract. The continuous contracts like BD# do have an adjustment of past contracts to account for time-value gap (time to exp). This is done automatically and helps bring the data in alignment. It can be turned off by setting this config below to false.

On mine it does not say continuous for BD#, just BD# (D)
Bund_Continuous is just the name I gave to that chart.
