Im using RTX ExportData to export VAH/VAL/VAH2/VAL2 data and Mean/Mode/Med data for the ETH sessions Range and its Volume. Everything looks fine when i export S&P mini data but when i export Crude Oil data the output file has extra columns for some of the data fields. I use the same Input File in the ExportData for the CL chart and the ES chart. Ive attached a pic of both csv files to show what im talking about. In the file with the extra columns the value for Vol_VAH is 100000 in the profiles info box and the Vol_VAH2 plot is 120k in the info box.
Any idea why this is happening?
Thanks in advance,
Dean
Hi Dean,
Not 100% sure, but you might want to try increasing the "AbbreviateVolumeLevel" configuration parameter so that you export the real values and not the abbreviated one.

Thank you for the reply. Ive been busy and havent had time to check in here. Ive tried the approach mentioned and still nothing. It appears that when i try to export data for crude oil that the system is somehow picking up the decimal places in the 100,000 VAH and 120,000 VAH2. Whats odd is that the VAH2 is displayed as 120k in info box while the VAH is displayed as 100,000. So platform must be picking up the decimal place for VAH2 even though its not displayed on my screen. Like i mentioned in my first post this does not happen with S&P. That plots exactly as expected. I tried playing around with the Price Per Row setting in the Profile but that didnt change anything either. Also , looked for a configuration settings for anything that might be pertinent to my issue but didnt see anything, Any help resolving this would be great.
Thanks.
