Should i have a second license for data to be able to use the IRT in parallel on 2 PC ?
That is more of a question for IQFeed but believe if you have need IQFeed on more than one machine at the same time, then you would need another subscription to IQFeed. I am not sure how they handle that. Perhaps the second one is not as expensive as the first but you'd have to inquire directly with them for that question.
What data service are you using?
