Painting Area Above and Below a Simple Moving Average

Hey, All - I'm stumped trying to figure out how to paint the area above a simple moving average one color and the area below it another. Maybe it can't be done, but it seems like I need a token or syntax that references any price above the mov avg to paint the area above it one color and vice versa. The paint would not be based on any price bar itself, but rather the simple moving average itself. I just can't seem to figure out to set up a signal it can reference for the paint.

I've attached a screen shot of what I'm trying to accomplish, hoping the visual will help. The difference between color plots is simply the 50 simple moving average itself. This may be really easy, too, and right in front of me, but I'm not seeing it. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated....thanks!
