Trying to duplicate this ratio chart where the IWM value is divided by the price value of QQQ. Any suggestions please?

Was able to duplicate by creating a custom indicator.

Yes, custom indicator is a good way to go here. Could do either a custom indicator or a custom instrument.
Custom Indicator would just be...
CL / MPD
where MPD is setup as ...
and add the custom indicator to a chart of IWM. You can actually add this to a chart of any instrument and it will plot that instrument by the QQQ.
