R-Trader Pro was recently updated and since then I am having trouble with how IRT shows working and filled trade orders on charts. There is no problem at all when I enter trades one at a time. The only time there is a discrepancy is with OCO orders. Here are a few comments about the discrepancies I am seeing.
1) A buy order with STOP and LIMIT bracket orders shows up as a SELL order representation on the chart. The working bracket orders do not appear on the chart at all.
2) Examining the R-Trader Pro RECENT ORDERS window shows that the initiating trade was indeed a BUY and shows that the working orders are in place as STOP and LIMIT orders to SELL. I can modify the bracket orders using R-Trader Pro.
3) Examining the IRT ORDER STATUS window shows that the initiating order was indeed a BUY and may or may not show the bracket orders. If they are shown then they are not designated as STOP-OCO and LIMIT-OCO, which is typical when using a trading strategy that specifically calls out such.
4) Sometimes I can force an on-screen update that reflects the correct initiating order and usually will also start showing the STOP LOSS of the bracket orders by hitting the GET POSITION button on the TRADING ORDER DESK. But I am unable to update the STOP LOSS price by dragging the on-screen indicator and receive an error stating the the order cannot be found by R-Trader Pro. The POSITION designation in the TRADING ORDER DESK, and the DOM will match whatever is showing on the screen. If I try to flatten my position by any means the program will crash without exiting my trade.
Obviously, this makes managing a trade difficult at best. Any insights as to what may have happened with this update to R-Trade Pro? It is currently version 17.63.0.0. Any troubleshooting advice would be much appreciated. Be aware that the IRT installation I am using is set up as an INSTANCE as I have several different installs on my computer. The same kind of observations occur when the initial order is a SELL bracket order.
Everything works fine if I use the TRADING SIMULATOR .

Hi Mike,
Thank you very much for the report - we are busy investigating the issue
We do confirm that, some kind of change on the Rithmic side, is inducing issues on the management/display of positions and OCO orders introduced within IRT as a trading strategy
We will keep you informed asap.
