I'm trialing the software - seeing a problem with rithmic connection and ghost positions. When the position is filled (2 lot strategy) etc. and position is exited, at times i can see the software is still showing the position is live even though RT trader Pro shows it's flat.
Disconnect and reconnect the data connection/brokerage connection and it shows up fine.
Anyone see this problem?

thank you for providing (on the support ticket you already created, not on this forum) the log files we mentionned so that we can make sure you have the right connection and setups, and identify the possible source of such position non synchronisation between InvestorRT and R Trader Pro.
